Overview:
The laboratory three-roll grinder is suitable for the use of pastes
or high-viscosity materials that require high grinding fineness;
the surfaces of three horizontal rollers are squeezed to each
other, and the distance between the rollers is manually adjusted at
different speeds. The friction to achieve the grinding effect.
Equipped with an emergency brake button to prevent equipment damage
caused by falling foreign objects. The roller is made of special
cemented carbide, or pure zirconia.
Features:
1. Wide application range
When designing the equipment, the protrusion of the roller can be
adjusted according to the viscosity of the material, and it can be
used for high, medium and low viscosity products.
2. The temperature rise is small and the product is stable
Cooling water can be passed through the center of the roller when
the equipment is running, which has a good cooling effect. The
normal temperature rise is less than 10º, and the product quality
is guaranteed.
3. Strong non-standard
Non-standard explosion-proof type can be customized; the roller
material can be customized ceramic materials such as zirconia and
alumina.

Production capacity: 0.5-10kg/h
Applicable materials: materials with viscosity below 3,000,000cps,
high grinding fineness requirements, and high product viscosity;
such as offset printing ink, chocolate, saliva lipstick, lithium
battery paste, electronic glue, silver aluminum paste and more than
a thousand materials.
