Tabletop Flexo UV Ink Proofer
Functional structure description:
1. Unique segmented proofing structure, after the printing plate is
inked, the anilox roller is separated and then transferred. It
completely avoids the common ink bars caused by the bounce of the
three pressure points after the roller is pressed together.
2. The ceramic roller, printing plate cylinder and printing
material cylinder run synchronously to ensure the quality of
proofing.
3. Scraper, ceramic roller, printing plate cylinder. The four
structures of the printing material cylinder can independently
adjust the pressure on the left and right, and the adjustment is
flexible
4. The mesh roll and scraper are easy to disassemble and assemble
5. With a large cylinder structure, it is simple and convenient to
install the printing material, install the printing plate and clean
the printing plate
6. The pressure of the ceramic anilox roller and the printing plate
can be fine-tuned
7. The pressure of the printing plate and impression cylinder can
be fine-tuned
8. Inking method: anilox roller + scraper + ink fountain. The
scraper can be easily taken out.
Note: customers need to configure their own compressed air source:
0.4~0.6MPa (self-purchased small compressor or use environment with
central air source supply.)
